Yesterday I made my weekly trip to Walgreen's and I found a couple fantastic deals:
Halls 2/$2 with coupon in-ad - $1 coupon (1/10 insert) = 2/$1
Kotex 3/$9 - $3 in coupons (received in mail from Kotex) = 3/$6 + $4 rr
Thermacare single pack: Head, neck and shoulders $2.49 + $2.49 rr (free after rr)
Johnson and Johnson Products
Aveno 2.5 oz lotion $3.39 - $2 = $1.39
Aveno Shampoo $7.49 - $2.50 (1/10 insert or here) = $4.99
Aveno Conditioner $7.49 - $2.50 (1/10 insert or here) = $4.99
Clean and Clear Eye Makeup Remover $6.49 - $2.00 (1/10 insert or here) = $4.49
Clean and Clear Scrub $5.79 - $2.00 (1/10 insert or here) = $3.79
Lubriderm 6 oz Lotion $3.99 - $2.00 (1/10 insert or here) = $1.99
Subtotal = $21.64 - $7.49 (Free Aveno Shampoo Walgreen's Promo) - $5.79 (Free C&C Scrub Promo) - $3.39 (Free Aveno Lotion Promo) = $4.97
*Plus, there is a Johnson and Johnson $10 rebate in the 1/10 insert when you purchase $30 worth of Johnson and Johnson products (before coupons and promotions)
Total Price after rebate = $5.03 money maker!
Walgreen's Coupon Savings $3.02
Walgreen's Advertised Savings $18.94
Manufacturer's Coupons $19.00 (used $2 in register rewards)
Total Savings $40.96 (73% savings not including rebate)
Future Savings $6.49 in rr
***The Walgreen's ad stated buy one get one 50% off for Aveno, Lubriderm, and Clean and Clear products, but when I went to pay, the register actually gave me buy one get one free. Not sure if the products will continue to ring up B1G1.
